    To start a game, the gambler lays a pass line bet. The bet is played prior to the dice being tossed. If you roll a 7, you’ve succeeded. If you roll a 2, three or 12, you don’t win. Any other value your roll becomes what is known as the point number. If you roll a point, you have to roll that value again prior to rolling a 7 or an 11 to profit. If you toss 7 again prior to rolling the point, you don’t win.

    Players can lay extra wagers in conjunction with the key wager, a move that is referred to as the odds wager. This means that the dealer loses the normal casino advantage and the game begins to be played on actual odds, versus an edge in one way or another.
